Business Audit
 Crucis Consultants offer a free Business Audit to all businesses. This takes at least 3 to 4 hours and covers the items listed below, asking questions and teasing out issues that Managing Directors/Owners may not be aware of, or may not understand the importance of. Together a summary of the business is created, outlining and prioritising issues that need addressing, estimating a value to the business for fixing the issue, and leaving the MD with a focussed list of actions. Crucis Consultants can then provide the necessary expert support and advice to work through selected items from the list.
